L-39 FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIPS FOR SALE
*NEW LISTING* |
|
Serial Number: 232423
FAA Registration: N555PT
Airframe hours: 1953.1 TTSN
Airframe hours: 557.1 TTSOH
For anyone who ever wanted to own an L-39 and not have to come out of pocket this is the airplane you've been waiting for. N555PT can be seen at IJ's facility at GAD right now but the owner lives in the Jacksonville, FL area. He does not use the aircraft enough and wants to have a few partners join him. Four would be the ideal number to make up an efficient fractional ownership plan.
The beauty is hardly any out of pocket for the aircraft. The owner has a loan of just under $200,000 that matures in 8 years. Just take over your part of the payment which works out to be $611.41 per month with four owners. The total payout per owner would be under $60,000! That's a car payment.
As can be seen the aircraft is already stripped and ready for new paint. Figure less than $10,000 per owner would make this aircraft truly shine. The interior is original so the paint is scuffed here and there but this aircraft has really nice systems, a really low time engine and low airframe time since overhaul, cold seats and a very nice avionics package. Even the 5 fuel bladders are new! There is nothing to do except paint it and fly it. If someone wants freshly detailed cockpits then we are ready to talk about that too but it is not needed to start enjoying this truly fun Warbird.

This was originally an Air Combat Europe operation similar to the Air Combat USA concept. Due to many circumstances: weather, costs of labour, fuel and maintenance etc. in Europe the operation was shutdown. This is a wonderful opportunity to own your own mini air force. The best part is these are CERTIFIED aircraft so there are no restrictions about operations including using them for commercial purposes.
These are the best SF-260s in Europe. Completely overhauled in 2009, they both have less than 200 hours since the overhaul. Engines, props and hubs were all zero timed. All ADs are complied with. Many components are new. They both have a heads up system and approved smoke system.
These aircraft basically cruises at 180 KTAS on 13 gph. Endurance with all tanks full is around 5-6 hrs. These are fully IFR aircraft with Garmin 430 and DME installed. Best of all, they come with parachutes, helmets, flight suits, and ten [10] crates of spare parts.
Whether you wish to set up your own Flight Experience operation or just want a pair of outstanding aircraft to share with your friends, these aircraft are a killer deal. 1974 Aero Vodochody L-39C Albatros

Price: $229,000
AIRCRAFT SUMMARY
Year: 1974 Type: L-39C
Registration: N678LS Airframe
Total Time: 3346 Hours
Engine Times: 552 TTSOH
This is an aircraft you have to see to truly appreciate how nice it is. An Oshkosh winner, it is painted in the red and white introductory colors for the L-39. Imported in 2003, there's only 128 hours on the Hobbs since a complete teardown and restoration which included the 1500 hour airframe inspection normally done at overhaul and an engine hot section inspection.
The airframe has 3346 hours and is in excellent condition. The engine has 1107 hours TTSN and 552 hours TTSOH on a 4000 hour extended, FAA approved TBO program. In fact, max EGT was 615 C on a day the maintenance charts allowed 661 C. This is a cool running engine with lots of life remaining.
This aircraft is very nicely equipped with avionics front and back. The front seat has an S-Tec A/P, Garmin 430 and CDI, King HSI, DME, and com/nav. There is also a Shadin fuel flow, Stormscope, PS Engineering audio panel and CD player, and GTX-330 transponder. The rear cockpit also has a Garmin 430 so both pilots can keep track of position. A smoke system is installed. Two very comfortable US parachutes are installed and all fittings are US for ease of service. Finally, the under wing pylons are plumbed for fuel from two 150L fuel tanks, or you can mount a pair of replica AIM-9X missiles! Fuel tanks and missiles included for a $40,000 extra value!
To put this aircraft together today would cost over 300,000. The combination of economy and market make this a particularly great value package. Come to Gadsden, AL to see this incredible show-winning aircraft. Or call Richard Hess at 256-442-8099 or 404-964-4885.

This is truly a "like new" aircraft. Literally, only 70 hours since new. You can see the perfection in the sheet metal. Loaded with excellent avionics, this is a "buy it and fly it" aircraft. Please call Richard Hess at 256-442-8099 or 404-964-4885 for more information.
|
The S211 is fully aerobatic , powered by a single P&W
JT15D-4C engine , with a KTAS of in excess of 400 kts
would make exciting warbirds , military chase planes or
further use with a foreign military.
The S211 is a relatively simple aircraft to fly , modern , with
good looks and has the added benefit of being easily
supportable . The Engine , a JT15D-4C is essentially the same as fitted to the Cessna Citation and is therefore inherently supportable.
Parts and maintenance being commercially available. Fuel
burn is around 125 US gal an hr and it is reasonably quite .
It should not invoke the ire of the airport authorities !
Wheels and Brakes are made by Cleveland , and are
procurable through Avial . Main tires are the same at the
Bandeirante and again procurable locally.

|
1979 Aero Vodochody L-39 ZO
Registration: N101PX
Serial Number:
Price:$529,000
This aircraft is the first on our Warbird "for sale" page for a very good reason. It is literally the best of the best. The original owner spent well over one million dollars restoring this very special L-39 ZO. It has a new wing and engine installed. The airframe was stripped done to an empty shell and every component rebuilt resulting in a reduction of 1500 lbs! Climb rates of over 4000 FPM are possible. Every major system has been upgraded with light weight and functionality in mind.
The ejection seats are the modern Russian Zvesda KSS-42 model, much easier on the human body. The fuel capacity has been doubled with enlarged tip tanks and 1000 liters of under-wing capacity. Hydraulic, electric, oxygen and pneumatic systems all have been upgraded with light weight, dependable components.
Perhaps the best part of this aircraft is the modern glass panel cockpit. Using Chelton Flight Systems front and back, coupled to a Crossbow AHARS unit, full flight situational awareness is achieved. Chelton incorporates a Highway-in-the-Sky flight director and the first synthetic terrain display.
This aircraft won "Best L-39" at Oshkosh in 2004 for good reason. If you want the best-of-the-best for one third the price it took to create it, this is your aircraft. Come see the ultimate L-39 in the US. The owner is motivated and has this priced to move.
Call Richard Hess at O-256-442-8099 or C-404-964-4885 to discuss details. The 2010 flying season is just around the corner. Come see this show-winner soon!

This aircraft won "Best L-39" at Oshkosh in 2005. Beautifully restored in authentic Czech Air Force colors, there is nothing to add. Just buy it and fly it. An L-39 ZA, this is one hot-looking aircraft with drop tanks and rocket pods hung under the wing!
The engine has just under 900 hrs TTSOH. However, it comes with a zero-time spare engine! Everything was restored by International Jets to include all systems, landing gear, wheel wells, nose compartment, cockpit and engine bay.
The avionics package is incredible. Chelton Flight System displays in front have Highway-in-the-Sky flight directors, down-link weather, and synthetic vision terrain information. A full Garmin stack includes 430 GPS/Com, backup radio, intercom, transponder and traffic. All this ties to a TruTrak Autopilot for hands-free enjoyment enroute!
